PRODUCT BREAKDOWN
Solarben dried Oha leaves, also known as African Rosewood, is a popular vegetable leaf among the igbo people of Eastern Nigeria. It is used to make soups and other vegetable-based dishes. Unlike the fibre in some vegetable-based dishes, such as pumpkin leaves, which has strong and difficult-to-digest threads, the fibred in oha leaves is soft and easy to digest. The leaf is partially dried to retain colour & nutrients. It carries medicinal properties and mostly used to make Oha soup.
