Yes, to place an order online you must be a registered wholesale customer with Solarben Foods.

Yes, All of our products are supplied with a detailed product sheet providing you with all the information you need to promote and sell any of our products within your store.

Most of our products are imported from West Africa, Southern Africa, North Africa and the Caribbean Island.

Solarben is an African food wholesaler. As a result, the minimum order is one carton of any product. Discount is given on bulk purchase. For bulk purchase, minimum should be 10 cartons of each product.

We deliver to anywhere within Australia, including New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia . We will deliver to any country within the Asia pacific but there will be an additional delivery charge and export documentations which we will advise you of in advance.

We use Fedex as our preferred courier service for next day service and dispatch of all orders. Orders are delivered by a courier service to your business address between 7.30 - 17.30 Monday - Friday (except national Holidays) Saturday deliveries can be arranged subject to a surcharge by Telephoning 0893905240. Orders dispatched on Friday will only be delivered on the following Monday.

If nobody is at the address of delivery, the driver will post a card through the letterbox advising the recipient that they have attempted delivery and inviting the customer to arrange a suitable time.

Orders can be collected from your local branch at a convenient time within the branch opening hours.

Parcels are kept at the branch for 5 working days after the 1st attempt was made. Couriers can and do make mistakes on occasions.

We also use HPS transport, GKR Transport and Northline Freight companies if the weight of the palletized order is over 200kg and usually sent out as second class which takes 2-3 days.

We aim to deliver all stock items within 24 hours. Non stock items are despatched within 3 working days.

The courier will locate your property using your postcode. As long as this is correct, the driver will have no problem finding where you are.

We are mainly wholesalers, so all our products are stored in an Australian Quarantine and Inspection Services (AQIS) certified warehouse. You can collect your order by visiting any of our sales outlets nearest to you. We still require you to order online in advance and advise us that you wish to collect your order. We will confirm once your order is ready for collection.
