Ehuru, commonly known as calabash nutmeg, is used mostly as a savory spice in many West African and West Central African local dishes and spice mixes.

HOW TO USE

Ehuru, when grounded into powder, is used in preparing soups, stews, cakes and desserts of all kinds. It is also used to season Ghanaian kelewele.
