Traditional Shito Sauce, also known as Shettor, is a robust hot pepper and onion sauce from Ghana, West Africa. It is prepared with a lot of ginger, chilli pepper, garlic, onion, oil, salt, tomato and spices, perfected with umami from shrimp and anchovies. This sauce is both a finishing sauce and a marinade.

HOW TO USE
Shito is used as a ketchup, hot sauce or chili oil. It is eaten with rice, meat, veggies and bread.
