Sankofa Fufu powder is processed from properly mature plantain, potato and naturally grown tropical cassava as basic ingredients to produce a high quality fufu powder, blended to give that authentic fufu texture and best flavour. Sankofa fufu meal is a thick mash carbohydrate rich food, fortified with protein and vegetable fibre. Part of the carbohydrate in Sanfofa Fufu powder is substituted by cholesterol reducing proteins. Sankofa Fufu powder is low in fat. Freshness and hygienic storage is built into the packaging. The newly unique tamper proof packaging in pouch is designed to protect the product inside. Once opened the re-sealable pouch or drum will keep the contents fresh for future use. It has no added artificial colours.
INGREDIENTS
Ripe plantain (35%), potato, cassava, vegetable fibre. No added sugar, colour or preservatives.
HOW TO USE
Just add water to Sankofa Fufu flour then mix to a smooth slurry. Cook while stirring, when thickened knead to required texture. Cooking takes 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with soup.
STORAGE
Keep cool, dry. Seal tightly after opening.
