Our organically grown, 100% pure cassava flour, is processed from fresh whole cassava tubers that is naturally fermented to produce premium cassava flour that is easy to digest and works as a 1:1 wheat flour substitute in most recipes. It is pretty much the perfect flour for people following a gluten-free and paleo diet. Contains a lot of fibre and fine texture that helps dough hold together and prevent grainy, gritty breads and cakes.
